You’ll likely see the owner, Don Cox, around town either in his converted early 20th century bread truck selling bags and brews at the Farmer’s Market or bicycling orders to clients. If not, he’s probably at the roastery preparing the month’s roast the artisanal way–by site, sound and smell.
